职责描述:
•manage and coordinate organisation-wide projects to ensure quality improvement programs are developed and managed with sets priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing strategic imperatives.
•participate in the development and communication of the strategic vision, scope and mission of quality continuous improvements
•assist in the establishment and maintenance of quality assurance policies and procedures including training in line with current regulatory, statutory and corporate requirements
•participate and lead in quality improvements/new product development by ensuring continued compliance to gmp and instilling a quality culture.
•develop and manage csl behring ruide quality improvements project plan and register.
任职要求:
essential qualifications/experience:
•a minimum of tertiary qualifications in a related science or manufacturing discipline.
•desirable postgraduate qualification in business management, project management or similar
•experience in project management across multiple disciplines and groups.
•experience in manufacturing and quality.
essential skills, knowledge & attributes:
•thorough understanding of functional groups roles and responsibility
•strong understanding of manufacturing processes
•strong technical understanding of the relevant regulatory codes.
•excellent knowledge of gxp principles.
•sound command of english and ability for technical editing.
•ability to develop and manage projects from initiation through to closure
•ability to understand and meet customer needs.
•ability to take action to ensure the accuracy and quality of own and others’ work by developing and maintaining systems for organising work and information.
•ability to use a range of approaches and techniques to influence, persuade or gain support and co-operation of others.
•ability to adjust rapidly and effectively to changes in work demands.

•strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
•strong project management and organisation skills.
