年轻继任者项目为商场未来的领导者提供了一个令人振奋人心的职业发展平台！
每一位年轻继任者都将在宜家从一线职位做起，得到商场管理团队面对面的反馈与支持。通过承担具有挑战性的责任和项目，辅助于系统性的培训与学习，在2年内胜任成为一名宜家的一线部门经理，并在5年内继续加速成为商场管理团队的一员。

main responsibilities:
*to attract visitors to the stores, encouraging ikea store visitors to stay longer and enjoy more, making it fun for everyone ;
*to offer great food with quality at the lowest prices, giving visitors a tasty reason to return again and again ;
*to recruit and manage the team, develop the co-workers' competence and implement the daily management.
requirements:
*you have 1-3 years working experience, preferably in food
*you have a genuine interest in food and enjoy working with customers
*you are eager to learn and initiatively take responsibilities
*you can learn from both success and mistakes
*you have a good english level, spoken and written
*candidates with some leadership experience are preferred
