Role DescriptionThe Recruiting Coordinator (RC) will work closely with Talent Acquisition team as the primary liaison to provide overall talent sourcing support between recruiting activities and candidate relationships involved in the whole process of recruitment.The ideal candidate will coordinate postings, external talent pool management, build up connection with candidates, recruitment channel management, branding and events in campus, implement and support hiring manager on workday recruitment function. Require strong organizational capabilities, great communication skills, high flexible in different situations and enjoy the challenges of helping build an organization of talented individuals.Responsibilities:Requisition Management Manage requisitions posting internally and externallyJob Attributes / Job Profile managementJob RequirementsAnalyze and clarify job needs, and set recruitment plansSourcing candidates in different channels by cold call, database and job posting, selecting and interviewing candidatesUtilize various web technologies (linkedin, Lieping etc), social media and resume databases to source candidatesResearch and recommend new sources and tools for both passive and active candidatesData tracking, and CVs inputtedComplete any other tasks required by line manager and TA partnerApplicant Tracking System updating as needed (PS Recruit / Workday)Recruitment Efficient Support Manage talent data to build up talent pipeline and talent mapping to TA team and businessActively participate in local Talent Acquisition projects to drive productivity and enhance Talent Acquisition brand internally and externallyOverall administrative support and any other project/ tasksQualifications (Training, Education
