Minimum Qualifications:？ Minimum B.S. Degree in Mechatronics, Software or similar engineering field (M.S. Degree preferred) ？ 5 – 7 years of work experience in various roles within Engineering such as Systems Engineering, Systems Testing, Software Development, or Electrical Engineering required. Experience in powertrain systems preferred. ？ Experience in software development or systems development strongly preferred. ？ Knowledge of automotive development process (i.e., A-Spice) as plus. ？ Experience in usage of engineering management tools (e.g., PTC Integrity, Doors) is preferred. ？ 3 years of driveline Project Management and/or product related experience is preferred. ？ Ability to lead a cross functional team; leadership and/or supervisory experience preferred. ？ High social skills as communication, teamwork, motivation, assertiveness, and flexibility. ？ Ability to join discussions and create technical presentations in English. Duties and Responsibilities: ？ Work with the customer to understand and align product requirements, accordant specifications and required deliverables ？ Coordinate and lead engineering quotation activities from inception to approval ？ Lead cross-functional teams through a series of key milestones on multiple projects. ？ Coordinate the efforts of the functional departments to ensure that the projects are managed in accordance with established policies and procedures. ？ Execute subsystem release for SW development. ？ Define and control specific project objectives and tasks for the engineering project team. ？ Elaborate and maintain a project development plan according to project boundary conditions as customer milestones, project budget, available resources, internal and external interfaces. ？ Define corrective actions in case of any project deviations as timing delay or technical problems ？ Manage related project changes and concerns regarding software. ？ Create project presentations for internal discussions, management reporting and customer meetings. ？ Ability to manage tough situations within an interdisciplinary and multicultural team. ？ Comply with the designated ISO / TS 16949 responsibilities, Environmental Management Systems (EMS), Health and Safety and company rules and guidelines. ？ Accept the ISO14001 Environment system training.
