Responsibility：1. Monitor compliance with quality procedures throughout the department2. Define necessary measurements to assure and improve product quality3. 2nd instance to decide about block/release/scrap/rework of products in case of potential defects4. Assure that new equipment/processes/tools become qualified5. Assess potential impacts/risks in case of product deviations6. Find root causes for product deviations, define and follow up improvement actions7. Develop methods for inspection, testing, sampling to improve quality level8. Assure correct use of inspection methods (in particular SPC)9. Conduct internal audits10. Provide and update quality related to documentation (CP, FMEA…)11. Execute/join qualification process of new equipment/processes/base materials/tools12. Execute qualification test of new employees13. Project work for new technologies14.
