JOB TITLE:Technical Service EngineerJOB DUTIES :1. Responsible for products promotion and to support existing business as well as prospective new business.? Support VP to develop technical strategy to help the organization achieve strategic goals and objectives 2. Define and implement short and long-term technical service plan that align with business development from commercial team 3. Make technical suggestion regarding modification to documentation, product performance and failure analysis. 4. Sit on project team to set up transition from concept to in the field? Study and standardize procedure to improve efficiency of technical service plan 5. Traveling and assisting the sales team by providing a level of technical expertise that will support starting of new business.6. Support activities of other department as it related to quality assurance or research and development.7. Investigate and report the findings of all customer complaints and work with quality team and production team for root causes investigating and preventive action. 8. Ensure compliance with good manufacturing practice standard.9. Investigate and analyze quality problems. And recommend solution and ensure that corrections are made and done.10. Performs necessary training to sales team and customers.11. Perform routine QA analytical testing when necessary to support operation.12. Be as a contact window and a coordinator for customer and plant. 13. Update monthly report about quality handling, trial order follow up and project about new development with customer. 14. Customer visit report.REQUIREMENT:1. University (or above) degree in polymer science, chemical engineering, pulp and paper manufacturing or other related field.2. Minimum 7 years experiences in tape manufacturing, paper making, converting industry.Strong problem solving skills.3. Good command of spoken and written English.Familiar with coating industry especially on PSA industry will be plus and advantage .
