- Knowledge of how to implement plans, according to set budgets and goals
- Knowledge of understanding learning needs and implementing learning delivery methods and curriculums to meet the competence development needs of the co-workers
- Knowledge of implementing a competence model that supports the talent management needs of IKEA.
- Knowledge of implementing learning materials to enable co-workers to develop their competencies
- Knowledge of how to systematically create, capture, share, manage and utilise knowledge within IKEA and between co-workers
- Knowledge of the IKEA corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people, to ensure right representation
