General Description
• Ensure safety affairs process smoothly, and accordance with the laws and any related regulations.
• Support manager to enhance the company safety activities.
• Handle safety projects.
• Cooperate with others to follow ISO9001/ISO14001/OHSAS18001/ISO28000 standard and company policy.
• Cooperate with QHSSE to conduct site safety requirement.
Specific Accountabilities
• Ensure operational excellence by complying with the quality control system based on the company’s ISO 9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 standard.
• Support manager to ensure that company daily operation activities are conducted in accordance with OHSAS18001 and company internal procedures, regulatory compliance and customer expectations
• Support manager to develop and maintain safety system and ensure that procedures are followed to achieve safety targets.
• Ensure that all identified non-conformances, and corrective actions are dealt with promptly and effectively.
• Provide adequate training to ensure that the Company's Safety Management System and Policy is understood effectively by all employees.
• Manage internal and external audits to a satisfactory conclusion.
• Cooperate with Legal for EHS agreement review.
• Cooperate with head of QHSSE have safety incident investigation.
• Perform any special duties or projects assigned by the management.
Skills Required
• Excellent Interpersonal and communicational skills
• Fluent spoken and written English
Experience and Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
• 3- 5 years of safety experience in forwarder/logistics Company.
• Familiarity with change request tracking tools and configuration management tools.
• Have problem solving skills
