? Assists the manager with administrative tasks related to internal operations, domestic, regional and international travel, internal and external meetings, customer trips, composition and filing of trip reports, and communications with clients around the world.
? Takes charge of the manager’s schedule and effectively manages calendar, meetings, and events so that working days are efficiently organized.
? Takes charge of logistical planning of client multi-day national and international events including lodging, entertainment, travel, meeting coordination, billing, and re-billing of service providers and clients.
? Coordinates communications, agenda planning, logistics, meeting facilitation, and follow-up for management meetings, training and social programs, including national and international customer summits.
? Responsible for working with the Executive Assistant to senior executives and managing visits of senior executives
? When required, serves as liaison to executive committees, other divisions and corporate administration groups
? Provides detailed data, information and resources in preparation for meetings.
? Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality of corporate and legal information.
