职责描述:
• Draft, review and support stakeholder to negotiate marketing, digital, PR events’ agreements and other related legal docs.
• Review term and conditions of various marketing campaign and activities, to ensure company promotion compliant of advertising and consumer related laws.
• Analyze and optimize company’s consumer communication docs including return policy, CRM system policy , privacy policy, sustainability announcement to elevate the brand’s experience of consumer offering.
• Support Area and PA team in dealing with store operation level affairs, such as consumer claiming and local authorities’ filing cases, to mitigate the risks by proactively involve in early stage to provide legal feasible solutions.
• Conduct legal research of existing/up to coming legislation to address any short-term mid-term risk might occur impact the company and industry, and provide guideline to stakeholder to better balance the business efficiency and crisis management.
• Collected regular legislation update and cases to share and training with local legal dept, local stakeholder and HQ legal dept.
• Other assignments from the Head of Legal.
任职要求:
• University law degree and bar admission. Experience to study aboard is a plus.
• 5 years or above of post-qualification legal experience, ideally have in-house legal support experience with an international company, retail industry is a plus.
• Strong legal skills (drafting and analytical).
• Ability to analyze complex legal problems and develop suitable solutions.
• Strong business mindset, understanding of business, corporate governance, and regulatory issues.
• Able to work under short lead time and enjoys a working way of collaboration.
• Fluency in English, both writing and oral speaking.
