2.Electrical/Physical failure analysis.
3.SEM/CAFM/FIB/EMMI/OBIRCH 机台操作,样品制备及资料判读
4.Device and circuit analysis.
职位需求：
1.MS in Electrical Engineering or Engineering related field.
2.2 years performing fault isolation on memory or logic chips for failure analysis. (nice to have)
3.Good communication skills, both written and verbal
4 Circuit analysis experience with Analog/SRAM/IP (nice to have).
