岗位目的:
The role is responsible for delivering all facets of talent strategy embedding to business.
This will be achieved through functional talent recruitment,talent development and SJF employer’s brand building. Meanwhile, as a change foregoer to lead TA team innovation and efficiency optimization.
岗位职责:
Manages and coordinates full recruitment process for assigned functions to efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
Reviews and posts all approved requisitions. Including working with external vendors to create and place advertisements.
Works collaboratively with the hiring managers and HR business partners to ensure an efficient, compliant recruitment process.
Pro-actively sources candidates via traditional methods.
As Talent Manager to participates in career events and program as required.
Take the lead and drive for the continuous improvement in recruitment process.
