Requirements (Education Degree, Language, Major, Knowledge,etc.)1. University
degree or above, major in industrial engineering or manufacturing
related;理工科制造工程或工业工程相关专业本科或以上2. Good English skill both writing and
oral;良好的英语书写和口头表达能力3. Over 3 years MNC related IE working experience in
manufacturing site,Excellent graduates also considered;
3年以上跨国公司制造工程的IE工作经验，优秀的2023应届毕业生也考虑4. Familiar with manufacturing process,
refine product site, lean production knowledge and skills;
熟悉制造业的运作流程、现场改善、精益生产的知识和技能5. Good ability in communication, coordination and

organize ability and management ability; 有较强的组织和管理能力7. Skilled in AutoCAD,
solidworks/Pore, plant simulation, process simulation softeware; 熟悉使用制图及仿真软件
