This function acts as the responsible interface between BMW network and JV Spotlight regarding pack production quality. Responsibilities ● Takes full responsibility towards BMW network for achieving all quality related targets (results). ● Ensures that JV Spotlight pack production can and will develop necessary measures to ensure permanent production quality (enabling methods, processes and organization). ● Takes full responsibility towards BMW network that Spotlight pack production quality management system can and will agree, control and fulfill their targets. ● Takes full responsibility towards BMW network to track, control and confirm problem-solving measures. ● Demands effective solutions from all relevant internal and external interfaces. ● Escalates towards BMW and Spotlight business departments. ● Ensures that a suitable quality strategy is implemented. ● Enables JV pack production to inherit quality awareness to guarantee full customer satisfaction.
