Background
Disney Consumer Products represent’ s a multi category business from Apparel to Furniture, School Bags to Toys, Tissue Paper to Cosmetics we are present in over 100 categories. Ours is a licensing model, wherein we work with a wide spread of partners which include Local Distributors to Large MNC’s – whom we refer to as our licensees. They take up rights for using our popular stories and characters on their product to drive a business objective. As a responsible global company, we mandate our partners to maintain globally acceptable standards of manufacturing and sourcing.
China being the hub of manufacturing and a key growth market with a large number of licensing partner eager to expand their business to Southeast Asian and South Asian countries, represents a large business opportunity. We would like to deploy a resource in China to help us work with these partners. Given the China based partners communicate in local language, we need to deploy a resource based out of China who can help us bridge the gap.

Achieve Cross-Border Commerce Revenue Target as per AOP
Bridge the language gap between China partners and SAMENA Disney Team and/or Partners.
Set up and drive discussions from on-boarding to periodic updates between China partners and SAMENA (Southeast Asia India Middle East) local teams.
Participate in discussion between China partners and local Disney distributors/retailers to facilitate smooth
