Key Responsibility:
1. Cultivate and strengthen connections with clients, serving as a reliable resource for account needs.
2. Take charge of your group of brands' overall campaign strategy, planning, execution, and post-campaign evaluations.
3. Set viable objectives and KPIs and recommend/develop measurement methodology for all briefs.
4. Make sure campaigns and projects are monitored and evaluated according to predetermined KPIs and media efficiency.
5. Collaborate on competitive reporting and analysis with the team.
6. Propose and implement new planning approaches, ideas, and product offerings.
7. Support contractual discussions with key media vendors and trading commitments for the client.
8. Keep a watchful eye out for fresh chances to offer clients.
9. Help guide and advise the wider team on best practices, innovation, and work processes.
10. Champion the growth and development of Agency services beyond media planning and buying.
11. Effectively cooperate with group and internal specialist resources.
12. Manage and mentor your direct reports.
What You Will Need:
1. At least 8 years of experience in the media/marketing industry.
2. Experience in working with multiple stakeholders, such as suppliers, advertising/marketing agencies, media owners, and internal specialist resources.
3. Competence in media planning and buying across all platforms, with a good understanding and working knowledge of digital media.
4. Commercial mindset is a plus.
5. Possess modeling skills is a plus.
6. Demonstrated depth of understanding of the industry, business, brands, and consumers in client conversations.
7. Strong communication and presentation skills.
8. Fluent in English.
