We are looking for new colleagues who will join our team at our location Wuhan. Your tasks: * Manufacturingplanning activities within China to support internal and external customers,including but not limited to pre-planning conceptualization and capital investment analyses, specification development, equipment vendor selection,installation/commissioning of manufacturing equipment (e.g. first run-off), and production releases of equipment and manufacturing procedures. * Work as interface to globalIRS Assy manufacturing experts to develop IRS module manufacturing processes and implement in China plants. * Conduct and lead planning activities such as DFM, P-FMEA, Cycle time calculation etc. in project phase. * Complete vendor assessments for selection initiatives through on-site visits and performance analyses. * Ensure implementation of planning phase for equipment installations in the plant related to pre-series and launch management projects in coordination with the global manufacturing planning department. * Support change management processes regarding launch management timing and engineering change implications (i.e. quotations, validations, timing, communications to affected departments/groups, etc.). * Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, formal training, reviewing professional publications, establishing and expanding professional networks, and participating in professional societies. * Ensure regional business unit compliance with all TS16949 and ISO-14001 requirements, ZF corporate policies, and divisional directives. * Perform other duties as assigned. Your profile: * B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.5 years’ experience within the PSS business area. * Strong grasp of technical subjects, ideally with an Engineering background. * Strong problem solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work within multi-functional, multi-cultural teams. * Ability to influence and engage at multiple levels within internal and external organizations. * Ability to work independently
