职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1. In charge of the global recruiting system establishment
2. Mainly focus on overseas (Australia Manila) TALENT AQUISITION, to manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding;
3. Be familiar with the labor law and regulations in Australia;
4. Establish the core talent pool, talent mapping , competitors’ human resource research with effective talent aquisation plan.
5. Oversee and manage the performance appraisal for new hires
6. Support with other HR functions on daily tasks.
Requirements:
1. 5-8 years working experience in overseas (especially in Australia) recruitment function;
2. Proficient in spoken and written English;
3. Proficient in Microsoft office applications;
4. Capable of compiling and analyzing employment data to guide strategic planning.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
6. Able to work in fast-paced environment.
