**Job Title: Recruitment/Sourcing Specialist (Contract Position)**
**Duration: Six Months**
**Responsibilities:**
1. Utilize various recruitment channels, including but not limited to Liepin, 51job, and LinkedIn, to source and identify potential candidates.
2. Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, talent pools, and competitor landscapes.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, understand team dynamics, and establish effective sourcing strategies.
4. Implement innovative and proactive sourcing techniques to identify high-potential candidates, both experienced professionals and fresh graduates.
5. Screen and assess candidates through initial interviews to ensure alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.
6. Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
7. Provide insights and recommendations on market trends, competitive landscapes, and recruitment best practices.
8. Stay updated on industry developments and changes to enhance sourcing and recruitment strategies.
**Qualifications:**
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience (high-potential fresh graduates are also welcome) in sourcing, headhunting, or recruitment, with a focus on utilizing online platforms such as Liepin, 51job, and LinkedIn.
3. Understanding or knowledge of various industries and the ability to adapt to diverse recruitment needs.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relation with candidates and hiring managers.
5. Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a focus on meeting recruitment goals and timelines.
6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing candidate databases and tracking systems.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
