Job Description 1. Quality support customer. Coordination between customer and Bosch internal •Handling customer 0-km and field complaints •Coordination of launch support activities •Conduct containment actions and preventive measures at customer location •Regular meetings with customers to review quality issues and make corrective and preventive action. •Monitor customer scorecard. 2.
