Responsibilities and Main Tasks/ 主要职责和任务: 1.Ensure compliance with procedures throughout the production process 2. Assess potential impacts/risks in case of product and process deviations(containment action, risk assessment, communication with Customer) 3.Organize and conduct internal audits 4.Product and Process Change Control Management(TPCR/PPCR/WP, and involve the Risk assessment, efficiency verification ), ensure the compliance 5. Provide and update quality related to documentation (CP, FMEA…) 6.Support new technology development and new product introduction(Spec review, ORP/Initial CL setting) 7. Actively participate or drive project for continuous quality improvement 8.Advise sengineers in their projects, for examples in development of DOEs, sampling plans, Hypothesis testing 9.Define and implement measurements to ensure and improve product quality 10.Develop methods for inspection, testing, sampling to improve quality level, Assure correct use of inspection methods Metrology tool recipe creation and management 11.Ensure metorlogy tool monitoring activity (MSA, LTS, Tool matching) 12.PCS management(CL update, PCS daily/weekly/Monthly review and improvement, ORP efficiency verification) 13.Execute/join qualification process of new equipment/processes/base materials/tools Required Qualifications and Skill Profile/ 职位所需资格和能力: 1.Degree from university or higher technical college 2.Knowledge of project management 3.Knowledge of statistics(DoE, hypothesis test, commonality analysis, etc) 4.Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9000,QS9000, ...) 5.Experience in working with intercultural teams preferred 6.PCB, semiconductor and electronic industry related experience preferred 7.(Substrate industry related experience will be of advantage) 8.Experience with manufacturing excellence system development is 9.preferred;
