- Cost estimation
- Preparation of interim payment application, V.O. and final account
- Assessment of subcontractors' payment application
- Coordination with Procurement Department regarding material ordering
- 計量及成本估算
- 編制進度款，增改帳及項目最終結算
- 評估分包商進度款
- 與採購組協調物料之採購
- Degree / Diploma / Higher Certificate in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent
- 3 years experience
- Knowledge in AutoCad and design shop drawing
- Able to work independently
- Speak in fluent Cantonese
- Working experience in Hong Kong is an advantage
- 工料測量學位/大專或相關學歷
- 3年經驗
- 懂 ACAD 及設計圖紙
- 具獨立工作能力
- 操流利粤語
- 具香港地區工作經驗優先
