Job Description
1. Maintains effective communications with customers and field team members to better understand support requirements.
2.Contacts customers frequently requiring a high degree of tact and courtesy to maintain and build good rapport.
3.Develops diverse product knowledge and may perform diagnostic procedures.
4.Analyzes and interprets test information to resolve design/system related problems.
Minimum Requirements
1. Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience
2. Practical knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work
3. University Degree or equivalent
4. A minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience
