职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Collaboratively Execute and define effective demand planning strategies (build-to-order versus build-to-stock) based on demand forecast, portfolio strategy and type of fabrication (e.g. in-house versus external manufacturing partner / EMS).
2.Timely adjust demand planning strategies and manage unique asset situations as per product life cycle (NPI, Phase-over, EOL).
3.Analyze sales trends and market dynamics, develop and maintain accurate demand plans based on market trends, sales data, and forecasting models.
4.Trace production line utilization and implement feedback system to demand planning function.
5.Coordinate cross-departmental communication, work closely with sales, production, and procurement teams to reach a balance between timely product delivery and inventory capital investment.
6.Manage finished goods turnover days in accordance with targets set for each region / warehouse, effectively control and management of inventory provision.
7.Promote channel asset strategy, regularly communicate with channel partners to deliver proper inventory management strategy.
8.Lead the demand planning team, manage team members' performance, provide training and guidance to promote team development and enhance work efficiency.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in supply chain management, logistics, operations management, or related fields.
2. At least 5 years of relevant work experience, with experience in demand planning or supply chain management preferred.
3. Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills, able to understand and address complex market demands.
4. Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to effectively manage cross-departmental collaboration and coordination.
5 Leadership skills and team management experience, able to motivate team members and drive team goals.
6. Fluent in English, excellent global view.
