Job Purpose:
Summary of the role: As a financial analyst (payment card management) to assist the daily operation of the payment card management team.
Responsibility:
61 Assist to bank card payment and QR code payment management, monitor card commission fees and credit card fraud cases. Reconcile the credit and payment card transactions included but not limited to offline bank card payment and online payments.
61 Support payment initiative projects’ testing and timely report the problems and progress of the project to the leaders.
61 Maintain monthly payment cards and other forms of payment fact sheets, including analytics and related reports.
61 Support business process assessments, establish and communicate internal control programs, which is required to strictly comply with Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards.
61 Partner with multiple stakeholders within each Line of Business, Treasury Operations, Segment Payment Card Team and others as required. Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirement:
61 Bachelor’s degree or above degree in Economic, Accounting or Finance. 2-3 years of working experience is a plus.
61 Possess and demonstrate adequate accounting skills and knowledge, familiar with PRC GAAP.
61 Demonstrated ability to work within a diversified organization and collaborate effectively with multiple partners from different backgrounds.
61 Have the ability of multi-task management and processing, details oriented.
61 Strong computer skills including advanced Excel/PPT knowledge, familiar with SAP is preferred.
61 Fluent in Chinese and English bilingual writing, reading and oral communication.
61 Demonstrated strong partnering skills and strong attention to detail.
61 Certificate of Accounting Professional.
