Your Role
-Assist KA manager to responsible for the aftermarket business development of
key accounts, and OEM customers. At the same time, able to independently
complete the development, quotation or bid, negotiation and signing work for
some KA.
- Assist KA manager to responsible for implementation of the key account
management project nationwide. Respond positively to key customers’ aftermarket
needs.
- Cooperate with regional sales to visit KA to maintain and expand the market.
Support KA related work for regional sales and ensure the implementation of
framework agreement.
- Assisting in constituting and updating on the policy of the key account
management.
- Develop and maintain the system related to the key account management.
- Improve KA Service Business Model with Total Cost Ownership mindset
- Establishes national sales account quotas.
- Co-ordination with service teams and nation technical team
- To work closely with other departments on promotion of new aftermarket
products.
- To work partnership with aftermarket service team to improve the
productivity by offering total solution to the key account.
