Your Tasks
Quick response and good service for customer complain by mail, phone, report, and do detail analysis for complained part, submit analysis report to customer quality system.
Familiar with customer quality system and track complain / PPAP/ quality performance in system.
Familiar with customer quality system certification request (VW Formel_Q/CA QCA…) and lead plant to get the certification.
Handle customer PPAP audit、follow up audit findings and submit to customer.
Prepare PPAP documents per customer request and submit to customer system.
Track RMA in time and close rate should meet requirement.
Create and maintain documentation for product/process change management.
Analyze data to detect quality problems and recommend corrective action.
