Job Responsibilities:
1) Achieve advertising goals across different platforms and channels based on departmental promotion objectives.
2) Monitor advertising data, optimize ads based on data analysis to continuously reduce costs and improve ROI.
3) Analyze and predict market trends based on product needs, develop advertising plans and financial budgets, and regularly submit related market analysis reports and optimization plans.
4) Enhance overall advertising capabilities and continuously improve the advertising workflow.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred; proficiency in English for work purposes; Cantonese proficiency is a plus.
Experience: Over 5 years of experience in marketing/media promotion, with more than 3 years in brand promotion within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, demonstrating significant results in brand influence and off-site ROI improvement.
Skills: High data and market sensitivity, innovative mindset, strong analytical and judgment skills, and excellent communication and influence abilities.
数字广告助理经理
岗位职责:
1.根据部门推广目标,完成不同平台和渠道的广告投放目标;
2.监控投放数据,结合数据分析对广告进行优化,不断降低投放成本、提高投产;
3.根据产品需求,对市场进行分析和预判,制定广告投放计划和财务预算,并定期提交相关市场分析报告和优化方案;
4.提高整体的投放能力,不断完善投放工作流程;
任职要求:
1.学历:本科及以上优先,英语可作为工作语言,会粤语优先;
2.从业经验:5年以上市场/媒介推广经验,其中3年以上快速消费品行业品牌推广经验,在品牌影响力及站外ROI提升方面有显著效果;
3.技能:具备较高的数据及市场敏锐度和创新意识,有较强的分析判断力和沟通影响力。
