职责描述:
Brand campaign activation development works, includes:
1、Basic consumer driven mind-set – thinking from perspectives as consumers, shoppers, kids, parents, families, visitors, and digital users.
2、Project management – timeline and milestones, multi-function team communication and follow-ups, meeting set-ups and summary, critical review prepare.
3、Event development – venue and visual design reviews, interactive design and production development, experience map and journey development, visual deployment, digital/programming and hardware set-ups, UGC generation stimulus development (working with internal agency and event team/agency)..
4、Digital/Social of Event – social life cycle development, digital/social platform content creation and landing, UGC template development, branded channel calendar planning and platform booking (working with internal agency and digital team/agency).
5、Budget management – tracking and reporting, quotation reviews and optimize, procurement system process.
6、Teamworks – needs to work with internal functions and agencies though the whole project life cycle; brand team internal communications, updates, trouble shooting and summary.
7、Documentation for critical materials, meetings, statics and data.
8、Compliance and safety – child safety, content safety, legal compliance reviews, production and installation audits.
要求:
1、Fluent English speaking, writing (oversea working/internship experience is preferred).
2、4-6 years of brand campaign/activation experience in Fortune 500 consumer brands companies (consumer goods, luxury/fashion, toy categories are most preferred).
3、A team player, able to collaborate with multiple culture/nationality and diverse organization.
4、Execution Excellence.
