职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1. Update and maintain pre-sales project ledger, organize personnel and materials required for pre-sales activities, hold relevant meetings, participate in customer communication, evaluate contract related content, and conduct pre-sales summary analysis.
2. Develop detailed plans for the projects under its jurisdiction and be fully responsible for the full cycle management of project progress, quality, and other aspects.
3. Organize the identification of risk points at each stage of project execution, develop risk management plans, and reduce process risks.
4. Reasonably allocate personnel and control project delivery costs.
5. Reasonably organize and coordinate the work of project team members, implement the organization, planning, command, coordination, and control of project management, and ensure the achievement of project quality and on-time delivery goals.
6. Coordinate resource processing to solve various problems that arise in the project.
7. Responsible for following up on the completion progress of project milestones under its jurisdiction, regularly organizing project review meetings and progress meetings, and reporting project execution status in a timely manner.
8. Coordinate various departments to promote project acceptance work and facilitate the achievement of company business goals.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. More than 5 years of project management experience in product delivery.
3. Fluent in spoken English, suitable as a working language.
4. Have basic knowledge and skills in production management, project management, finance, etc.
