职位描述
Key Responsibility Areas:

● Process all communications, including phone calls, email, correspondence, mail, and faxes. Makes ad hoc delegation decisions on communications and implements them.
● Manages a highly complex business calendar with a keen sense of prioritization and time management to ensure maximum effectiveness of time use.
● Collects and consolidates management data/reports from each functional area in order to track performance against corporate strategy.
● Organizes confidential files, manages relevant data, and maintains accurate records. Coordinates all travel arrangements and others as needed and processes all expense reports on time.
● Sets up luncheons, dinners, and meetings.
● Functions as the recorder and prepares meeting minutes and coordinates all materials.
● Tracks action items and follows up activities of direct reports and other staff.

Requirements:

● Mastery of specific Microsoft Office and digital tools as well as the various advanced technologies.
● Skills in process and project management, time management, and prioritization.
● Ability to manage the complexity while communicating with different internal and / or external stakeholders.
● Ability to multitask and work independently with little guidance and to recognize and respond to business-related issues in a professional manner.
● Ability to analyze relevant alternatives, create rational recommendations, and implement positive outcomes.
● Ability to work independently and deal with confidential materials in an appropriate manner. Diplomacy, reliability, dependability, and patience.
● Positive mindset, proactive and engaging.
● Fluent in English and Mandarin is essential.
