同行经验的优先，电子芯片原厂/贸易/分销商02经验优先！！！

1、熟悉电子芯片的供应渠道和市场变化，指导并监督团队开展采购业务(主要在开展业务，渠道资源不是硬性要求)。
2、开发资源：了解物料的规格型号，熟悉相关电子芯片ST,TI,ADI,NXP,ON等品牌物料的渠道及原厂资源对电子芯片市场动态深入的了解和熟悉。
3、开发供应商:熟悉所负责物料的市场价格，了解相关原厂及渠道商产出及分货信息，进行战略性备注，降低采购成本。
4、优化采购流程，规范采购行为，提高采购效率，规避采购风险。
5、根据公司发展需求，维护供应商关系和企业信誉。

任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历，精通英语，可作为工作语言
2、2-3年相关工作经验，熟悉相关行业采购流程
3、有电子元器件行业经验者、有海外留学经验者优先
4、逻辑性强，严谨细心，思维活跃，有团队协作精神，有良好职业操守和沟通谈判能力

Job Responsibilities: (management position,Product/Procurement/PM Supervisor/Manager)
1. Familiarize with the supply channels and market changes of electronic chips, guide and supervise the team in conducting procurement business (mainly in business development, channel resources are not a hard requirement).
2. Develop resources: Understand the specifications and models of materials, be familiar with the channels and original factory resources of related electronic chip brands such as ST, TI, ADI, NXP, ON, etc., and have an in-depth understanding and familiarity with the dynamics of the electronic chip market.
3. Develop suppliers: Be familiar with the market prices of the materials in charge, understand the production and distribution information of related original factories and channel partners, make strategic reservations, and reduce procurement costs.
4. Optimize the procurement process, standardize procurement behavior, improve procurement efficiency, and avoid procurement risks.
5. Maintain supplier relationships and corporate reputation based on the company's development needs.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, proficient in English and able to use it as a working language.
2. 2-3 years of relevant working experience, familiar with the procurement process of related industries.
3. Candidates with experience in the electronic components industry or overseas study experience are preferred.
4. Strong logical thinking, meticulous, active in thinking, with a spirit of teamwork, good professional ethics and communication and negotiation skills.
