•Lead and steer the value stream team related to Segment team
•Allocate resources according to business needs
•Define business cases per value streams business requirements (PuT, local requirements, Customer requirement)
•Drive and coach continuous improvement of the value stream based on system CIP approach on SQCD, define focus topics
•Set priorities in daily management and Improvement activities
•Align targets with expertise team
•Active contribute on definition of expertise team competences
•Drive BPS maturity improvement per business case needed
•Perform bench marks cross plants
