职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
1.Understand the contract terms, conditions, service scope and client’s expectations in detail and achieve the expectation of the clients;
2. Provide suggestions and quotations for the sevice exceeding the contractual agreement;
3. Provide the technical and management direction for all facility service team to reduce the cost and improve the satisfaction;
4. Provide reports (monthly report/KPI report/Improvement report);
5. Train the on-site staff.
6. Assist the manager to complete the finance and client’s report;
7. implement all duties in a safe manner in all safety procedures to ensure nil incident.
