Job Title: Assistant Manager, Direct Channel Operations
Job Summary
Responsible for the digital operation of official App and WeChat mini program, acquiring traffic and users through Tencent's ecology, performance advertisement placement and interactive activities, etc., and continuously optimizing the operation scenarios to enhance the user experience of our own channels.
Major Responsibilities
Develop WeChat performance media strategies based on product positioning and marketing milestones, lead vendor to distribute and keep optimizing WeChat performance media. Provide guidance and audit on distribution creatives, explore innovative performance formats and continuously enhance effectiveness. Generate regular reports to refine advertising workflows.
Develop traffic touchpoints plan of Tencent ecosystem, including but not limited to design and develop user engagement campaigns aligned with brand campaign cadence, guiding agency to oversee campaign design, development, and operation setup. And complete the overall planning EC related traffic touchpoints including but not limited to themes, copywriting, designs, and materials and implementation
Partner with Tencent platform and work with internal data and product teams to implement and optimize operation tool, identifying growth opportunities and improve user lifetime value.
Support vendor procurement processes by defining requirements, preparing documentation, and driving procurement workflows. Coordinate closely with legal and finance teams to complete contract process.
Maintain close collaboration with internal Brand and PR team to align communication synergy.
Foster efficient communication with contact center team and operation teams, coordinate cross-departmental testing for engagement campaign launches, and ensure seamless information synchronization.
Execute other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
5 years of digital operations experience with a proven track record in WeChat performance media and engagement campaign management. Experience in travel industry preferred.
Passion for the travel industry with strong market acumen. Ability to identify industry trends and translate innovative concepts into executable operational strategies.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage analytics for continuous optimization of operational performance.
Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional team for efficient execution.
Adaptability to new technologies and collaborative spirit to build positive relationships across teams.
Excellent bilingual communication skills.
Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, collaboration platforms).
Education

职位概要
负责官方App及微信小程序数字化运营,通过腾讯生态玩法、效果广告投放及互动活动等获取流量和用户,并不断优化运营场景,提升自有渠道用户体验。
岗位职责
根据各营销节点的产品特点及定位,制定微信效果广告投放策略,带领投放供应商进行广告投放,根据投放效果优化整体策略;指导供应商进行投放素材制作并进行素材审核,发掘投放素材创新样式,不断提升投放效果。定期输出相应复盘报告及测试报告,优化效果广告投放流程。
腾讯生态流量触点管理,包括但不限于基于腾讯生态玩法,结合品牌营销节奏规划用户增长互动活动,制定合适的活动机制并带领代运营公司完成设计、开发,及完成电商相关流量触点的总体规划包括并不限于主题/文案/设计/素材和落地执行等。
与腾讯平台、及公司内部数据和产品部门保持密切协作,推动精细化运营平台工具上线及优化,分析用户链路中各关键节点数据转化,找到潜在运营机会。
协助完成供应商招采,明确招采需求并准备所需要的相应材料,推动招采流程。与内部法务、财务等团队保持密切沟通,完成合同签署流程。
保持与内部团队包括品牌、公关等团队密切沟通,确保及时获取活动信息及推广需求,结合自营平台特点制定相应运营或活动方案。
保持与包括在线客服及运营团队的友好关系及高效沟通,根据互动活动需求,协调各部门做好上线前的测试,并在活动上线前及时同步活动信息,保证活动顺利进行。
完成上级交代的其他工作。
任职资格
5年及以上数字化运营相关工作经验,具备微信生态广告投放及活动运营成功案例,文旅行业背景优先
热爱旅游行业,对旅游行业有良好的市场敏锐度,能快速捕捉行业趋势,将创新玩法转化为可落地的运营策略
具有数据驱动思维,能够通过分析持续优化运营效果
较强的项目管理能力,可同时推进多线程任务,协调内外部资源确保项目高效执行
乐于接受新鲜事物,能够快速融入团队,并于其他团队保持良好关系
优秀的中英文沟通能力
