职责描述： 1. 分析市场需求, 负责开拓国际海运、空运、陆运及多式联运业务，开发新客户并维护现有客户关系。 Analyze market demand, responsible for developing international sea, air, land, and multimodal transport businesses, developing new customers, and maintaining existing customer relationships. 2. 与船公司、港口、海关、报关行等建立良好的合作关系，争取优势运价和服务。 Establish good cooperative relationships with shipping companies, ports, customs, customs brokers, etc., and strive for advantageous freight rates and services. 3. 根据市场行情和客户需求，制定具有竞争力的运价方案。审核运输成本，优化利润空间，确保业务盈利性。监控应收账款，确保客户按时付款。 Develop competitive pricing plans based on market conditions and customer needs. Review transportation costs, optimize profit margins, and ensure business profitability. Monitor accounts receivable to ensure customers make timely payments. 4. 监督货物运输全过程，确保订舱、装箱、报关、清关、配送等环节顺利执行。处理运输过程中的突发问题，提供应急解决方案。 Supervise the entire process of goods transportation to ensure smooth execution of booking, packing, customs declaration, clearance, and delivery. Handle unexpected issues during transportation and provide emergency solutions. 5. 对接中国总部、船东、货主等多方需求，确保沟通顺畅，服务精准； Liaise with company, shipowners, and cargo owners to ensure smooth communication and tailored services. 6. 带领业务团队完成业绩目标，培训新员工，提升团队业务能力和专业知识 Lead the business team to achieve performance goals, train new employees, enhance team business capabilities and professional knowledge. 7.了解货代业务系统运作流程，促进业务系统信息化建设，发现业务流程问题提出改进建议，提升业务运营管理与优化效率 Understand the operation process of freight forwarding business system, promote the informatization construction of business system, identify business process problems and propose improvement suggestions to enhance business operation management and optimization efficiency. 8.雇佣主体为泰国公司。 任职要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，航运、物流管理、国际贸易等相关专业优先； Bachelor’s degree or above in Shipping, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields preferred. 2. 5年以上货代业务相关经验，熟悉货代项目系统业务流程者优先； Minimum 5years of experience in freight forwarding; familiar with the business process of freight forwarding project system is preferred 3. 熟悉货代操作流程、清关与船代服务标准，了解泰国行业法规优先； Familiar with port operations, customs clearance, and shipping agency practices; understanding of Thai regulations is a plus. 4. 中英文沟通能力强，具备良好的跨文化沟通技巧，会泰语者优先； Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English; Thai language proficiency is a plus. 5. 具备团队管理能力，责任心强，能在海外独立开展工作； Proven leadership and team management skills; ability to work independently in overseas country.
