wul职责描述： 1. 作为在泰国港口的业务代表，统筹管理船舶代理业务，保障船舶在泰国港口（如林查班、曼谷）靠离港及在港服务顺利进行，推动中泰航运业务高效协同发展。 As local shipping representative in Thailand, this position is responsible for the comprehensive coordination of shipping agency services, ensuring the safe and efficient berthing and departure of vessels at Thai ports (e.g., Laem Chabang, Bangkok), and promoting collaboration between Chinese and Thai maritime operations. 2. 全面管理集团在泰国的船代服务，协调与港口、海关、移民、引航等部门合作，保障船舶安全、准时进出港； Manage end-to-end shipping agency operations in Thailand, coordinating with port authorities, customs, immigration, and pilotage services. 3. 代表公司维护与当地政府、港口运营方及合作单位的良好关系，保障业务合规及品牌形象 Represent company in maintaining strong relationships with local government entities, port operators, and partners, ensuring regulatory compliance and corporate image. 4. 管理当地团队，规范操作流程，提升服务效率与客户满意度； Supervise and develop the local agency team, standardize operations, and enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction. 5. 对接中国总部、船东、货主等多方需求，确保沟通顺畅，服务精准； Liaise with company, shipowners, and cargo owners to ensure smooth communication and tailored services. 6. 审核港口账单、代理费用、单证文件等，做好成本控制与风险管理； Review port disbursement accounts, agency fees, and documentation to ensure cost control and risk management. 7. 处理作业过程中的突发状况，包括滞港、天气、查验等问题； Handle on-site emergencies such as port congestion, adverse weather, and inspections. 8. 跟踪行业政策变化，分析市场动态，提出优化建议； Monitor industry policy changes and market trends, and provide optimization recommendations. 9. 参与在地业务拓展，包括船务、堆场、物流等在泰业务协同 Support broader local business development initiatives in shipping, logistics, and depot integration. 10.雇佣主体为泰国公司。 任职要求： 1. 全日制本科及以上学历，航运、物流管理、国际贸易等相关专业优先,； Bachelor’s degree or above in Shipping, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields preferred. 2. 3年以上船务代理相关经验，具备东南亚或泰国港口工作背景优先； Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping agency; experience in Southeast Asia or Thai ports is preferred. 3. 熟悉港口操作流程、清关与船代服务标准，了解泰国行业法规优先； Familiar with port operations, customs clearance, and shipping agency practices; understanding of Thai regulations is a plus. 4. 中英文沟通能力强，具备良好的跨文化沟通技巧，会泰语者优先； Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English; Thai language proficiency is a plus. 5. 具备团队管理能力，责任心强，能在海外独立开展工作； Proven leadership and team management skills; ability to work independently in an overseas setting.
