Job Responsibility • Pre-order sales support, for projects for Hangzhou factory and foreign factories - Product introduction support, technical requirements clarification, technical solution communication - Technical solution preparation, quote creation, cost calculation - Comply with and execute internal quality control processes (Quality Gate etc.) - Bidding documentation preparation, including User Requirement Specifications (URS) comments etc • Order execution, for projects for Hangzhou factory and foreign factories - Draft contract, quality control (Quality Gate etc.), release Order Processing Sheet (OPS) - Transfer project to project management department • Other duties and work as assigned by supervisor Job Requirement • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or pharmaceutical area • 3 years working experience above • Working or study experience in a foreign culture is a plus • Knowledge of relevant technical regulations standards and regulations (EG: GMP FDA) • Good communication skill and strong executive ability • Good command of written and spoken English, German is a plus • Confidence in dealing with customers 6.
