职位描述
岗位职责:
1. Overall coordination and planning of corporate even projects. Preparations and reception work for visitor arrival.
2. Daily communication between departments and problem -solving. Assist superiors in handling work arrangements between and those involving external parties
3. Provide support and assistance for company projects. Related documents and reports. Ensure key meetings are governed appropriately with agenda, minutes and actions documented and followed up.
4. Identifying and resolving problem situations proactively to give maximum customer satisfaction and escalated where necessary.
5. Establishing and maintaining effective relationship with business area. Organizing and completing work within agreed timescales.
6. Be a coach, mentor and role model for each and every aspect of operations.
任职要求:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Strong MS Office Skills (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
3. Excellent understanding of HSBC structures, processes and objectives across the Group.
4. Excellent knowledge of GO – functionally and operationally.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Analytical reasoning and good problem solving ability.
7. Strong in execution and implementation.
