Finality Manage the activity of his/her Autonomous Production Unit by optimising its operational, quality, cost, deadline and safety performance and by complying with product conformity requirements and adhering to deadlines required by its customers 通过优化其操作、质量、成本、最后期限和安全性能,并遵守产品一致性要求和客户要求的最后期限来管理其生产活动 Main missions 主要任务 1 - Manage his/her APU 管理生产 Guarantee the performance of the APU and manage it daily 确保APU的绩效并进行日常管理 - Mobilise his/her teams focusing on short- and medium-term objectives to be reached 动员工作团队专注于短期和中期目标 - Adapt, organise and manage resources assigned to him/her taking into account variable presence/absence data 根据不断变化的现有或缺少数据调整、组织和管理被分配资源 - Develop organization and operating modes, encouraging more responsibility and autonomy to improve quality, productivity, flexibility and reactivity 开发组织和操作模式,鼓励提高职责感以提高质量、效率,灵活性和应对能力 - Manage the platform team specific to the APU 管理专门针对APU的平台团队 - Guarantee the interface with site support functions 保证与公司支持部门的对接 - Optimise the costs of his/her APU and give reasons for choices 优化APU的成本,给出选择理由 - Make all operational decisions in his/her field and according to his/her scope of responsibilities 根据职责范围,在工作领域内做出所有运营决策 2 - Coordinate daily activity 协调日常工作 Ensure communication within the APU and associated units 确保APU和相关单位之间的沟通 - Promote collective interest rather than individual interests 促进集体利益而不是个人利益 - Know the problems encountered by everyone, including operators 了解每个人遇到的问题,包括操作人员 - Listen, help employees to understand and analyse the difficulties they encounter 倾听,帮助员工理解和分析他们遇到的困难 - Help employees to perform tasks by giving tailored advice or by constructively questioning current performance 通过提供合适的建议或有建设性地询问当前的表现来帮助员工完成任务 - With project teams, help to implement a new product or a new technology in his/her APU 与项目团队一起,帮助在其APU中实现新产品或新技术 - Permanently manage and advise employees and coordinate their missions 管理员工,为其提供建议,并协调他们的任务 3 - Energise and develop the production system 激励和发展生产系统 Transform his/her APU to adapt it to new requirements and develop either means, organization or personnel skills in line with HR policy 在符合人力资源政策的前提下,转变APU,适应这新的需求和发展手段,组织或人员技能 - Improve overall productivity of processes and flows 提升流程管理的整体生产力 - Prepare the APU for product/process developments 为产品/工艺开发准备APU - Encourage everyone to contribute to progress (suggestions system, progress projects: 5S, SMED, TPM, kanban, GRP, etc.) 鼓励大家为进步做出贡献(建议系统,项目进展:5S、SMED、TPM、看板、GRP,等)。 - Attain annual progress targets for his/her APU within the context of medium-term group and site directives Structure, manage and optimize customer/supplier relations with support departments 在集团和工厂的中期目标下,架构、管理需要设定目标,优化客户/供应商关系的要求,与支持部门合作,实现APU年度进步目标 4 - Manage his/her activity 管理自我 Based on the objectives of his/her activity, prepare action plans and coordinate the missions of his/her team in a coherent manner 根据工作目标,准备工作计划并协调团队任务 - Propose an annual operating budget for his/her activity, and ensure that it is adhered to 为工作提出年度运营预算,并确保执行 - Propose the necessary resources for attaining his/her objectives and implement, after approval of Plant Manager, the necessary actions for staff turnover (recruitment, transfers, dismissal/redundancy) and investments according to budgetary forecasts and labour constraints 在工厂经理批准后,提出实现其目标和实施计划的必要资源,应对员工流失率的必要措施(招聘、转移、辞退/冗余),并根据预算预测和劳动力的限制进行投资 - Monitor performance indicators for his/her activity, implement corrective actions if necessary and inform his/her teams of them 监控工作表现,必进行必要的纠正并通知相关工作人员 - Conduct annual performance reviews, set the objectives of his/her employees, then ensure deployment all the way down the hierarchy 进行年度绩效考核,为员工设置工作目标,确保部署的层次结构 - Develop the team's skills for the activity and propose individual and/or group training actions that are necessary to maintain performance levels of activities, in collaboration with the Plant Manager 在与工厂经理的协作下,开发团队的工作 技能并提出个人和/或团队必要的培训以保持工作的绩效水平 - Advise employees on professional development in agreement with the Plant Manager and promote internal Mobility 在工厂经理的同意下,为员工的职业发展提供建议,促进内部流动 - Propose salary increases in agreement with the Functional Manager within the framework of the group's salary policy 在集团工资政策的框架内,与职能经理沟通后,提出加薪 - Praise or condone the actions of employees as necessary 必要时表扬或宽恕员工的行为 - Ensure that his/her teams remain motivated and that there is a good internal atmosphere 确保团队保持活力,并有良好的内部氛围 - Check and approve team members' expense claims (travel, etc.) and authorizations for absence/vacations 检查并批准团队成员的费用报销(差旅费等)和休假的授权 - Ensure that job descriptions are updated according to group procedures 确保根据集团流程更新岗位说明 - Provide reports of his/her activity to the Plant Manager 向工厂经理汇报工作情况 Specific missions 特定任务 - Responsibilities in terms of Quality Safety Environment Progress 质量安全环境进展方面的责任 Use and follow processes, instruction sheets and appendices and propose improvements Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with safety and environmental protection instructions 使用和遵守流程,操作指导和相关要求。确保工作开展时符合健康,安全和环境保护要求
