工作职责： Responsibility: 和硬件工程师紧密合作，基于产品需求实现mcu的选型或者基于已有的MCU平台，编写代码在硬件平台实现客户所需的产品性能。 -Work closely with hardware engineer based on the product requirement to select the suitable Microcontroller or other programmable device platform, which can support the hardware to realize the features, which will be within the outlined budget and will be delivered on or before the given deadline of the project. 这需要在给定成本范围内并且需要在预定的项目进度时间内完成。 -Interpreting the requirement together with the hardware engineer to design and write the firmware code. To apply the firmware module design easy for team adoption. To debug the code and to provide appropriate solution or identifying issues. 设计的软件模块要求标准化模块化，以方便项目其他成员维护和共同开发。实现快速定位问题并提供解决方案的目标。 -Review the existing firmware design, to debug and make changes or quick adoption for new projects. 基于已有的设计，为新的项目做软件的调试更新迭代。 -To interact effectively with team members, to work in close association with hardware designer to understand the needs and to address the issues and solutions related to the project. 和项目团队成员高效沟通，和硬件同事紧密配合，了解清楚项目的需求定位项目中的问题并找到解决方案。 -Understand the popular communication protocols, especially DALI2 standard. Implement latest firmware technologies, including DEXAL/DALI and Wireless module 熟练掌握常用的通讯协议： I2C,SPI, UART… DALI2 (加分项) 任职要求： Experience and Backgrounds: -Master/Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering or relevant major. -2-4 years of solid hardware/firmware design experience in power supplier/lighting industry 2到4年，MCU 固件开发经验，熟练使用MCU资源。 Skillsets: -Very solid firmware design experience. 扎实的MCU固件开发经验。 -Strong sense of ownership, responsible for the success of the product design including quality assurance after production. 较强的主人翁意识，积极主动的承担在项目设计中的责任。 -Good communication skills on explaining design concepts, firmware architecture, firmware validation methodology etc. and cooperation with hardware engineers. 良好的沟通能力，能够和硬件同事紧密合作。 -Can read, write and communicate in English. 能够用英文进行读写沟通。
