协助客户与主设计师进行沟通，准确传达客户的需求和反馈 Assist in client–designer communication to ensure accurate transfer of needs and feedback * 参与客户接待，提供产品介绍与定制说明 Support client visits and explain customization options and material selections * 协助翻译客户与设计团队的沟通内容（中英文） Provide translation between Chinese and English during project discussions 协助跟进项目各阶段流程，包括下单、打样、生产、物流及安装 Track key project milestones: ordering, sampling, production, shipping, installation * 与中国供应链团队保持沟通，确保图纸与物料对接无误 Communicate with China-based suppliers to ensure accurate execution of drawings and materials * 协助制作订单明细表、项目跟单表格等工作文件 Assist in preparing order breakdowns, tracking sheets, and documentation 本科及以上学历，设计、室内、建筑或相关专业优先 Bachelor’s degree, preferably in interior design, architecture, or related fields * 有 1 年以上家具、家居、定制或设计类相关经验 Minimum 1 year experience in furniture, interiors, or design-related industries * 良好的中英文沟通与书写能力（英文为主要工作语言） Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese * 熟练使用办公软件（Excel、Word、PPT）；会使用 CAD、SketchUp 或其他设计软件为加 分项 Proficient in MS Office; skills in CAD or design tools are a plus * 细心严谨，沟通能力强，责任心强，能承受多任务协调压力 Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of handling multi-task coordination under pressure
