1.销售策略执行:与销售经理协作,落实销售策略以实现收入目标
2.业务拓展:开发企事业单位、旅行社及行业关键客户的新业务
3.市场情报:监测市场趋势、竞对动态及客户需求,定期提交分析报告
4.谈判与提案管理:制定客户定制化方案,通过谈判争取最优合作条款
5.客户展示:向潜在/现有客户进行专业演示,突出航空服务竞争力
6.销售规划与监控:制定销售计划并监督团队执行,确保绩效达标
任职要求:
1. 教育背景:商业/市场营销/航空管理本科及以上
2. 行业经验:5-6年航空业经验,优先销售/业务拓展/客户管理领域
3. 语言能力:精通英文及中文(普通话)书面与口语沟通
4. 客户关系管理:具备卓越的人际交往与谈判能力,擅长建立长期合作关系
5.结果导向与自我激励:积极主动、目标导向,能独立工作并推动团队协作
6.多任务处理与抗压能力:高效管理多个项目,适应紧凑截止日期,压力下保持绩效
7.技术熟练度:熟练使用MS Office(Excel/Word/PPT)及CRM工具
8. 灵活性与可用性:可接受弹性工作安排(含周末/节假日)及国内外出差
