● Supervise data processing, goods receipt/issue/loading team.
主管数据处理，收货/发货/装船团队
● Eeffectively implement ISO9001, OHSAS, 5S and safety mgmt. in the team.
在团队中有效执行ISO9001、OHSAS、5S和安全管理体系
● Set up team target, monitor and continuously improve team performance.

● Positively communicate between management and own team. Develop solid work force which enjoys high degree of job satisfaction while maintaining a high performance level.

● Plan for best storage space utilization.
计划出***的仓储空间利用方案
● Continuously optimize workflow within warehouse.
持续优化仓库内的工作流程
● Organize annual inventory counting.
组织年度盘点
● Back charge rental fee of outside warehouse to related division.
向相关部门收取外部仓库租金
● Feedback division about slow moving items monthly.
每月对缓慢移动的项目进行反馈
● Weekly/monthly/annual report to Mfg. Mgr.
向制造部管理层提交周/月/年度报告
● Provide support regarding warehouse/inventory management to Mfg. Mgr.
为制造部管理层提供仓库/库存管理方面的支持
● Book-keeping finished product package, packing material purchasing request.
完成成品包装的记账和采购包装材料的申请
● Other job the Operation GM (VGM) assigned.
完成运营部总经理交办的其他工作
