To be the primary interface on all innovation and design requests between customer and Jasan internal support teams.
Ensuring all customer’s innovation and design services are understood, executed and delivered to customer’s satisfaction. Playing a key part in creating a competitive advantage for Jasan Socks and a best in class innovation and design position in the socks industry.

Ensure all customer innovation and design service requirements are clearly understood, documented and executionable in regards of scope, deliverable and timeline.

61 Manage all customer incoming request in regards to innovation and design services as a central customer point for all accounts.

61 Clarify with the customer all requested services, deliverables (i.e. samples, presentations, trends forecast), formats in which the service is to be delivered and timeline.
