1.Support make proposal and import equipment for new product, and prepare the process documents.And new project commissioning.
协助工程师根据新产品需求制定方案并导入新设备，装备相关工艺文件。还包括新项目的调试。

2.Support to install and commissioning assembly equipment and fixture and to ramp up these equipment/fixture to mass production based on specific OEE targets(Cycle time, NOK Rate, Down time).
协助装配设备的安装及调试，产量爬坡以达到OEE，Downtime, NOK rate 要求。

3.Support to design fixtures or tools for new product project, make proposals for fixture optimisation.
协助生产设备工装夹具设计，制定工装优化方案。

4.Manage documents for IE assembly team.
整理IE装配的相关文件。

5.Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
领导交待的其它工作。

任职资格：

1.Master's degree or above, preferably in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, automation or related fields.
硕士及以上学历，工业工程、机械工程、自动化等相关专业优先。

2.Good engineering(mechanical) background.
良好的工程知识背景。

3. Ability to use CAD softwre and other engineering tools would be perfer. 具备运用AUTOCAD及其它工程软件的能力。

4.Good communication skill.良好的沟通能力。
