Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Intern with a legal background to support our regional compliance team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to corporate compliance practices in an international business environment, with a focus on compliance documentation, data protection, and cross-border regulatory research. Key Responsibilities: •Assist in the preparation and maintenance of compliance documentation and records. •Conduct regulatory research on compliance-related topics across multiple jurisdictions in Asia. •Support the drafting of compliance communications and training materials. •Assist with compliance register maintenance, internal investigations, and risk mapping. •Coordinate with cross-functional teams on data protection projects, including data mapping, assessment, and progress tracking. •Help prepare internal reports and presentations related to the compliance and data protection initiatives. Qualifications: •Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, with an expected graduation in 2026 or 2027. A focus on data protection or privacy law is preferred. •PRC Bar qualification is a plus. •Strong English proficiency, with excellent legal writing, research, and communication skills. •Prior internship experience at PRC or international law firms is preferred. •Detail-oriented, quick to learn, and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.
