Job Description
-Campus recruitment process: independently responsible for some modules, including regional interview process arrangement and follow-up, job fair organization, system maintenance, etc.
-Participate in campus recruitment project design: including recruitment data analysis, campus recruitment benchmark company research, campaign design, system process design, etc.
-Employer branding: Assist in publishing promotional content and summarizing data statistics

Requirements
-Graduate after 2025/12
-Good data analytics skills ; excel, python, spss skills preferred
- Interests in HR and talent assessment
- Fluent oral and written English

【工作内容】
- 独立负责部分校园招聘模块，包括区域面试流程的安排与跟进、招聘会组织及系统维护等工作；
- 参与校园招聘项目的设计与执行，涵盖招聘数据分析、标杆企业研究、活动策划及流程设计等；
- 协助雇主品牌建设，参与宣传内容的撰写与发布，并进行数据统计与分析。
【任职要求】
- 毕业时间不早于2025年12月
-具备良好的数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel、Python或SPSS者优先；
- 对人力资源及人才评估领域有浓厚兴趣；
- 英语听说读写流利，具备良好的沟通能力。
