职位描述
Responsibilities:
1、Provide quality secretarial and administrative support to senior management.
2、Prepare letters, consolidate and handle confidential documents, correspondence, agreements and proposals.
3、Coordinate projects logistics including but not limited to prepare related documents, presentation materials and analysis reports.
4、Liaise and coordinate with both internal and external parties on daily business operations.
5、Maintain filing system and confidential information.
6、Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
1、University graduate in Business Administration or related disciplines.
2、At least 2 years relevant experience in sizable and multinational organizations.
3、Detail-oriented, self-motivated, highly flexible and well-organized,Strong in communication, mature, can work independently, and high sense of responsibilities.
4、Solid experience in secretarial and project administrative support.
