Responsibilities 工作职责：
1. Production quality(QP.) team management, daily supervision of their work, develop inspection team skill matrix.

2. Ensure high quality achievement including product design process design finished product and supplier.

3. Analyze quality data and timely submit all kinds of statistical report.
